I’ve been working on something new and I’m really excited to finally share it with you — the Sweet & Simple package.

It’s exactly what it sounds like. A short, laid-back option for couples who want photos that actually feel like them, not a long, drawn-out photoshoot but still captured in a way that still feels intentional and beautiful.

The sweet and simple is $500 + travel for 2 hours of coverage — perfect for smaller ceremonies, courthouse weddings, or if you just want your ceremony and a few key moments documented without committing to a full day.

And honestly, this one means a lot to me. Not everyone wants or can do a bigger package, and that’s okay. I wanted to create something that still gives you a really good experience and photos you’ll love, without stretching your budget.

1. Photos that feel natural. I want to look like myself — not stiff or overly posed.
2. Someone who keeps the day flowing without feeling rushed. Timelines matter, but so does breathing and enjoying the moment.
3. The little moments I might not even notice — real reactions, quiet laughs, the in-between stuff.

What Being a Bride is Teaching Me About Photography

I never realized how much goes on behind the scenes — the tiny details, the decisions you don’t think anyone notices, the pressure to keep everyone happy while staying true to your own vision. Now, I see how overwhelming it can feel and how much a little guidance, and understanding matters on a wedding day.

It’s making me want to show up differently for my couples — to anticipate the stress, protect the moments that matter, and capture the day in a way that actually feels like them.

Being a bride is teaching me so much, and I can’t wait to bring all that perspective back to weddings like this one.

Where I’ve Been📸👋

Hi everyone! It’s been a minute. I didn’t plan to disappear for as long as I did Life just shifted.

I’m not only photographing weddings right now — I’m planning my own. Seeing the process from this side has changed everything: emails, contracts, budgets, timelines — and how fast excitement can turn into stress.

A temporary move also pulled me offline longer than expected, but I’m still here for my Grand Rapids couples — and open to other areas too.

I’m back, and wedding days feel even more personal now. 💕
