It's like a hunt and I love a challenge. People photography is fascinating to me. I just love getting to know people and trying to capture their personality within a single second, a frozen moment in time. There is so much I still have to learn and I'm loving every minute of it :)

These photos are from a country drive and also an ATV ride up the hill with my husband. I love finding deer that are 'hiding' being super 'still' and fairy mushroom rings, and cattle and landscapes.. all the things we easily overlook outside of stillness.

Stillness... It's something that's been on my mind lately. I've spent a better part of my life being in a hurry, rushing to the next thing, the constant checkoff list that never goes away.

Photography helps me slow down, to stay present to capture "stillness". One of the definitions of the word 'still' is relating to photography, a photo is a 'still'. So I'm practicing stillness, wondering if you also might struggle slowing down, so I share still moments.

These photos are from a country drive and also an ATV ride up the hill with my husband. I love finding deer that are 'hiding' being super 'still' and fairy mushroom rings, and cattle and landscapes.. all the things we easily overlook outside of stillness.
