YOGA BASICS crew ~ Wednesday’s at 6:30pm ~ Join us in December!

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, and this crew did just that, by signing up for our 4-week Yoga Basics class led by certified instructor, Amanda Cordes ~ They completed their 4 weeks together last night!

AND, they are continuing their commitment to time on their mat with themselves into December - we kick off our next 4-week series next Weds - still time to sign up to join us, message or use link below for details to register!

PS - Intro to Pilates is offered each week just prior, so many of this crew enjoy their 45-min Pilates class followed by a relaxing 45-min yoga class - and you can too! (Discount when you do both!)
