You probably didn’t know this…but…

I’m not a “one size fits all” type of photographer. Meaning, I don’t photograph it all. I learned early on to find my niche. To find what I enjoy and feel most comfortable photographing.
What I loved the most. What brought me purpose and sparked my creativity.

Turns out all three I’ve shared are my favorites. It’s what gives me joy and in return….happy, grateful clients who appreciate me but are also forever in love with their pictures. Clients who book me know they will receive a photo experience worthy of every penny spent and value their investment 100%.

Clients that come back to me to have their pictures taken over and over again are my kind of people. 😊

I’ve known Makayla for many years and have documented so many milestones in her life. It’s been such a joy to do and now that she has her little girl there’s even more moments to capture.

Most days I feel so lucky to call being a photographer my “job”. The most rewarding part? Creating photos like these so this mama will forever have precious moments for her daughter to remember. Truly makes my heart happy for them. 🥰

This one’s personal……

I’m still here! But the past few months have stretched me in every way. Photographing weddings around the state. Lot’s of miles piling up but so much fun seeing new places!

July brought a huge scare to my family. My husband underwent open heart surgery and watching him recover has been both scary and incredible.

My stepdaughter made a huge leap from Colorado — back to Michigan and onto her very own farm! Helping her get into her very first home has brought so much joy and pride.

And somehow, we’re preparing for another move ourselves, packing boxes and starting a new chapter.

Change has been the theme lately yet so grateful for healing, fresh starts, and my sweet people who make every change worth it. ❤️

When the weather app says “storm,” but love says “photoshoot.” 🌧️💍

I have the best couples to photograph. These two 💗 powered through the unpredictable weather. T-storm sirens going off in town. Sprinkles of rain. Should we stop. Should we keep going.
Glad we kept going on because the stormy skies created the perfect lighting.
