I walked away from this one last week and thought to myself — I just had way too much fun! Over the years I’ve found myself tearing up on my way home, thankful that I have the opportunity to chase the beautiful things. To hold onto the good even if it is just a stillframe.

I believe photography has helped me train my mind and heart to see threads of goodness wherever i go.

Reminding myself once again that while this life is broken, earth is groaning and it’s not how it should be — GOD is a good shepard to give us slices of heaven here on earth.

I grew more and more impressed with these two the more I interacted with them. They may be young, but they have depth, the kind of people who have an anchor that holds⚓️ I absolutely love my job and that I have gotten to watch, celebrate & capture alongside of so many people I know & love. It is like little slices of heaven on earth🙌🏽

Our parents were friends and still are…
i remember going for ice cream after church, living together for a stint and moving across states to live by each other & countless shenanigans stirred up by Heidi Hixson- Zawisza if you know, you know!

So it is a humble honor to be able to capture her daughter‘s upcoming covenant this March.
