Hello Friends,
This message has been sitting in my heart for a while.
After more than a decade of photographing your babies, your growing bellies, your toddlers, and your families… I have made the bittersweet decision, and with the support of Roberto, to officially close our home studio and step away from offering studio newborn and portrait sessions moving forward.
For over 12 years, you trusted me with your most sacred seasons.
You handed me your days-old babies.
You came back with second babies… and third babies.
You invited me into your milestones, your celebrations, your stories.
There is no greater honor.
Roberto + Lori Photography was built from passion, prayer, hustle, and so much love. What started as a dream has grown into something we never could have imagined. We have watched families grow up in front of our lenses — and in many ways, we’ve grown up alongside you. Some of you may recall us photographing your newborns in our son’s room! We even used the diningroom before our first little shed studio. The growth of our business is a testament to each of you who put your trust in us to care for your family’s memories.
While I will be offering very limited on location portrait sessions moving forward, I am shifting away from studio newborn and posed portrait work.
But this is not the end of Roberto + Lori Photography 🤍
Roberto will continue with an open schedule for:
Family Sessions
High School/College Graduates
Couples
Lifestyle Sessions
Weddings
Headshots
Branding
He is ready and excited to continue serving you all as he has for the last nearly 15 years — and I couldn’t be more proud of the growth we’ve experienced as a team over these last several years.
Be on the lookout for Spring Minis coming right on schedule! Our Fall and Holiday Minis will also be up for grabs in August as usual.
To every mom who trusted me with her newborn…
To every dad who rocked a crying toddler before photos…
To every family who came back year after year…
Thank you.
Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for supporting our small business.
Thank you for allowing me to do what I loved for so long.
This isn’t goodbye.
It’s simply a new chapter.
