She had an interview and needed some new headshots so we met up at and did what we do…. Talk for literal hours and on occasion take a photo 😂

This woman has been keeping me fed and hitting PRs for years now, from “hey I have an idea” to “I just got a freezer in another gym!!!” It has been absolutely incredible working together as business partners and friends.

Photography has changed me, I’m weirder, more outgoing, braver, more appreciative, more excited for life.
•
I see things different, all it takes is a warm ray of light falling softly and I’m a happy dude.
•
Finding the beauty in everything even the ugly, making mistakes and learning more than when I get it right.
•
With each genre I learn in more depth, my life takes on more depth, more perspective into what I care about and what helps me grow in life.
•
Events keeps me in the moment, the studio lets me have it just my way, landscape reminding me life is so much larger than me, product showing me how the details are telling.
•
But my favorite reoccurring thought and unofficial motto for photography and pretty much life is, “it’s not a great photo, but it’s still a great photo”
•
In life it translates to my 95 thunderbird might not have working ac, but on a warm summer drive the windows roll down and the music sounds great.
•
It’s not a great photo, but it’s a great photo.
