JAM Photography

JAM Photography I’m Josh. I believe life’s most meaningful moments are often the smallest-quiet,easily missed, yet deeply felt. Please enjoy!

This page displays my journey of learning, growing, and capturing those moments of mine I never want to forget-one frame at a time.

Quick photo shoot down by the Snake River. The colors from the setting sun were simply perfect.

Chasing sunsets has always been a favorite of mine, and I’m hoping to capture more moments like this to share. The ocean never fails to deliver moments like this - breathtaking, peaceful, and worth every second.

While walking through the woods this morning with my two oldest boys, I came across one of nature’s hidden gems. Mushrooms of all sorts. It’s amazing what you’ll find when you slow down and take a closer look what’s around you. The little wonders that are often overlooked, quietly standing out if you’re paying attention. Beautiful vibrant colors on them all and one that looked like an orange claw coming up out of the ground. This orange claw shape mushroom is called a Stinkhorn and it mimics the smell of rotting flesh to attract flies and other insects which then spread the spores. It definitely had a very unpleasant smell.
