My latest project is a quaint Fullerton home and part of the city’s College Park Historic District. The neighborhood is culturally and architecturally significant, reflective of the Fullerton’s growth in the early 20th century. This 1923 Craftsman bungalow has a welcoming porch which ushers you into the home’s main living area. This Craftsman home has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Along with other period homes in the area, this Mills Act-eligible residence blends architectural beauty with the city’s strong sense of community and academic influence. Its numerous original details and woodwork, long driveway leading to a detached garage, and picturesque, walkable charm make 229 N. Cornell a true gem with a rich history.
