Finally getting caught up on photos from the past weekend's dog show at the Dena'ina Center, Anchorage.
Thank you to AKKC and all the volunteers who made it happen. Lots of work behind the scenes. Congrats to everybody on their successes, however they came together.
It was fun getting out of winter mode and into the beginning of our summer activities with our dogs. Although the weather still needs to get the message

It was a very slow end of 2025 and beginning of 2026. Covid and seasonal cold/flu had decided to take up residency amidst the very long cold spell. The days are getting longer, and the creative energy is finally waking up again. Netta and her two daughters, Heather and Spark, went along for the ride, reluctantly 😊.

I posted this to the AK Dog Show FB group yesterday evening, but it is pending approval and not showing up yet. Sorry for the delay.

First, a huge Thank You to CIKC and all the volunteers for a wonderful show. Of course winter had to arrive just in time making driving very interesting.

I was juggling several dogs and entries in obedience and conformation. So no photos on Friday.
