What an incredible weekend on the track! 🛼🔥 The Des Moines Derby Brats hosted an epic Spring Slam Derby Jam, bringing together amazing skaters from Sioux Falls Junior Roller Derby, Fraser Valley Fury Junior Roller Derby, and Denver Roller Derby. So much action, fun, and top-tier sportsmanship! 🤝✨

Braved the snowy roads and freezing temps this Saturday, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat for these two. ❄️🚙

You honestly forget the cold just watching Jenny and Will together. Their love is so evident—not just in the moment, but I feel like it comes right through the photos, too. It’s easily one of my favorite love stories I’ve ever heard.

The venue, Kacena Farms was absolutely gorgeous. Between the snowy pines outside, the fairy lights in the barn, and the incredible staff, everything was perfect. Congratulations to the happy couple! 🥂💍

I’ve been shooting + editing since high school… and spent WAY too long stressing over noise in my ISO-100 photos.
Thought my camera was dying, and I just bought the R6 last year!
Nope.
I just had a grain filter applied to ALL of my photos.
Proof that no matter how much experience you have, you’ll still make dumb mistakes in photography 😂
