The flowers may not have been in bloom anymore, but this spot was way too meaningful to pass up. 🌿

J + G’s story started right here, so getting to come back and photograph them in this next chapter felt extra special. I love being able to return to a place that holds so many memories for my couples, while getting to make a few new ones together.

The flowers will fade, the seasons will change, but the meaning this place holds for them will always be there. 🥹🤍

An effortlessly elegant evening with the kind of love that feels just as beautiful in the quiet moments as it does in the big ones. From the iconic architecture of the Fisher Building to the timeless beauty of the DIA, every part of this session felt like a little piece of Detroit history.

A little behind the scenes of the girl behind the camera 🤎

I figured it was probably time I got in front of it for once. This branding session felt like such a fun little reminder that I am part of the brand too; the person behind the camera, the late-night editing, the location scouting, the million ideas, and all the little details that go into making Soft Aloe Photography LLC what it is.

Still growing, still figuring it out, still chasing the dream. And somehow, this has already been my busiest year yet.
Feeling incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me with their memories and helped make this little dream bigger than I imagined. ✨
