It’s been busy at the Petal Lens household this fall. Our youngest citizen started full day kindergarten and I started reaching for my goals.

I’m working reminding myself to take time to care for myself during a flurry of editing. This morning meant looking at wonderfully wholesome prepped food on Instagram to remind myself protein shakes and powder are not enough for my delicate body. Nearly everything worth doing takes time, care, and work.
