Friendly reminder for all my fellow photogs and creatives out there: if you typically practice your craft as your job or side hustle for income, remember to do a session once in a while just for you (if you can). No payment, no deadlines, you call the shots, you pick the details and show up and just play around. It’s not only to help refresh your own creative process and help prevent you from falling into a rut, but it’s absolutely necessary to continue to play, discover, and not take anything for granted. 🍁
