Last Sat. , there was big festival : Eastport a Rockn'. This is just a few shots from the all day photo shoot. Festival makes money for charity groups. It was really hot, yet, the show must go on!

Event at Car's Beach celebrating Juneteenth. The place was once a majot east coast music festival hub for African Americans in 1960's and earlier. All best musicians of the day performed there. Since it closed, a small part remains from the park with surrounding housing developments that took over the land.

My photograph " Red Rider on White Sands'' on display at Eastport Kitchen. The print was sold by Jo Fleming Contemporary Art as to decorate the restaurant in a cheerful way. The bike in photo is a 1950's Columbia, a true American classic from the oldest bike maker in country. Custom prints in various sizes made to order.

Lost a good friend who live a long and wonderful life. I took this photo in 2024 of Dell Puschert with a vintage 8x10'' film wood view camera for an art show. Dell once performed with Elvis Presley in the early years. He also worked with, and was friends with, Little Richard as well as all the big names of rock and roll. Dell was a warm hearted man that wanted everyone to enjoy life and music.
