I wanted to share one of my favorite photos I’ve taken this spring. It’s a male Rose-breasted Grosbeak, who took up residence in our backyard for a couple of weeks. I loved having him here!

Despite owning this toned gray paper for years (probably decades! 😆), this was my first time actually using it. I really loved working on this piece and will definitely use this paper for more projects in the future.

Wow, it’s been way too long since I’ve done any art. Well actually, I did a very ugly watercolor piece a couple of weeks ago (that will never see the light of day), so today I went back to a medium I almost can’t mess up! 😆

Looking forward to creating more art in the near future!

I thought I would share one of my photos of the Geminid meteor shower early Tuesday morning. In the middle of the night it was so peaceful and awe-inspiring to watch these meteors descend across the starlit sky.
