Hello everyone!! 🤍 I’ve been keeping a little bit of a secret… I got married to the love of my life 3 months ago! 🥹💍
Life has been SO busy on my end, but I finally get to share this little piece of my life with you.
I’ve spent many years photographing weddings and watching my couples experience one of the biggest, most emotional days of their lives. But this time, I got to experience it from the other side.
For the first time, I was the bride. 🤍
And wow… I finally understand my brides on a whole different level.
Yes, there were moments that were chaotic. There were moments when things didn’t go exactly as planned. There were nerves, emotions, and a million little things happening all at once.
But there was also so much love.
So much reassurance. So many little moments that felt incredibly touching and comforting. Moments where I felt completely safe and deeply loved.
There’s something so different about standing in front of the camera instead of behind it. About being the one whose hands are shaking, whose heart is racing, and who is looking at the person they love thinking, “This is really happening.”
And now, when I photograph my brides, I’ll carry a little piece of that feeling with me. Because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like. 🤍
So here’s to being a wedding photographer who finally got to have a wedding of her own. 🥂✨
Also, very important, I have to talk about the people who made this day possible. This wedding truly would not have happened without our family and friends, who poured so much of their hearts, time, energy, and honestly… sweat into making this day happen. And this wedding also wouldn’t have worked without some of the loveliest people I’ve had the privilege of working with for many years. It was so special to have people I’ve trusted professionally become part of such a personal and meaningful day in my life.
Thank you everyone for helping make our wedding day everything we could have hoped for and more. We felt so loved, cared for, and truly surrounded by the best people. 🤍
