Signing books today. 📚🖋️

One lesson Ranger School reinforced for me is that leadership isn’t about rank—it’s about responsibility.

When the pressure is on, people look for someone willing to step forward, make a decision, and own the outcome.

That lesson has stayed with me throughout my military career, fatherhood, business, and life.

Many of those lessons found their way into Follow Me.

Now it’s time to share them.

I didn’t learn leadership in a boardroom.

I learned it growing up in the inner cities of Miami, Florida.

I saw firsthand how easy it is to get distracted, make poor decisions, and lose sight of your future. I also learned that discipline, accountability, and focus can change the direction of your life.

That’s why I believe:

Leadership starts from within.

Before you can lead others, you must first learn to lead yourself.
