This was a first for me… and I loved every second of it.

I had the opportunity to photograph a Quinceañera Fashion Expo with , and it was incredible, from the energy of the event to the artistry of the dresses. Dramatic, voluminous skirts, intricate beadwork, delicate embroidery… every detail felt like it belonged on a runway.

It was bold, vibrant, and full of life, where design, movement, and people all came together.

One of my favorite parts of every family session is slowing things down and capturing the one-on-one bonds — mom with each child, dad with each child, little moments that feel different and special with every pairing.

This sweet mother–daughter session was full of pure energy - especially from this little one. She had boundless enthusiasm, the kind that keeps you on your toes and makes you grateful for fast shutter speeds. Instead of trying to slow her down, we embraced her wild, joyful spirit… and it led us to this twirl I absolutely love.
