I am still thinking about this stunning split-level home I photographed in Annapolis last fall! 📸

This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is such a perfect example of a thoughtful renovation. From the oversized entryway that doubles as a mudroom to the light-filled main level, every corner of this 2,035-square-foot space feels designed for living.

My favorite part has to be the kitchen. That movable navy blue island adds such a fun pop of color, and the open layout is just right for hosting friends. Plus, the primary bathroom? It is a total spa moment with those gold fixtures and black cabinetry.
