Cooper's Hawk

I have seen it many times on top of the tree next to my house. One morning it was sitting right on my deck. Today it flew down on to the fence and nicely posed for few pictures. I wasn't all that ready, but as I saw the small birds panicking, I figured it must be the hawk and quickly grabbed the camera. I don't know why the small birds don't care that much about low flying vultures.

I heard there is bald eagle in the neighborhood, haven't spotted one yet.
