Meet Radar. Radar is a 5 year old Pit Terrier/Pit Bull mix that his owner rescued from the pound in Charlotte when he was just a year old so it was assumed that he was used as a bait dog. He has multiple scars on the outside but is just a loving boy inside and just wanted to snuggle and be loved.
