As a photographer, you’d think my own child would LOVE having his picture taken all the time… absolutely not 😂

Some days he’s giving:
📸 model behavior
📸 full smiles
📸 effortless poses

And other days I’m fighting for HALF a grin like I personally offended him by pulling out my camera 😭

BUT put that boy at the baseball field doing what he loves? Different child entirely. Suddenly he’s all smiles, confidence, and personality without me even asking. 🥹⚾️

And honestly, that’s why I always tell parents not to stress so much during sessions. The best photos usually happen in the moments kids are just being themselves.

The giggles.
The chaos.
The serious faces.
The little personalities that make them them. 🤍

You don’t need perfectly posed kids to get beautiful memories. You just need real moments.
