I waited to make this post. Why? Because I wasn’t sure what to say. As a photographer, you become engrossed in the lives of your clients. Their wins are your wins. Their joys are your joys. And their sorrows, those are yours too.
Kaiser was one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever met! He greeted you with this giant smile that immediately melted your heart. He loved pets and snuggles from anyone, but especially from his mom Kristin. Kaiser was Kristin’s soul-dog. He was there for her through a lot. She was there for him too. They were made for each other!
We were supposed to do two sessions with Kaiser this year. One in the wheat, and one in the autumn leaves. We only got one before Kaiser went home. I took my time editing Kristin’s gallery, reliving my few, sweet memories of her wonderful dog. His soft ears, his gentle eyes, his big smile. I’m thankful I got to meet him. I’m thankful for the memories.
The best ones never truly leave us, and I think we can say that for Kaiser too. He’ll always be with us, one way or another 💛

Sunflower Sessions are now available!

The sunflowers are just beginning to bloom, so photo sessions will be available starting August 18th and until the flowers are gone!
These sessions are perfect for Christmas card photos, family photos, a cute Instagram post, professional headshots, or some “Aww”-worthy pics of your pet! They’re also good for the community. I will be donating 25% of the proceeds to help support the exciting building addition at Ashland Dickey Church!
