Good evening, We apologize for the inconvenience, we received the following message from our phone provider in reference to our phone system.

Bandwidth, a large underlying carrier for many numbers on the East Coast has informed us of trouble on their service. The trouble has been presenting as either numbers ring to a busy tone, or when calls are completed they have one way audio or the dialed systems are not registering touch tones that should trigger further action.

Our engineers are working with Bandwidth towards resolution, but we do not yet have an ETA on a full return of service.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and the state mandated closure of all non essential businesses. Our offices have made the decision to suspend, reduce, and limit many of our operations.

This difficult decision was reached following the advice of the healthcare community along with federal, state and local leaders.

During these reductions, we do have personnel monitoring our main voicemails and emails. We ask that you please allow 72 hours for our response.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate this fluid situation. Stay safe and healthy.
