I love this time of year when the flowers begin to bloom after a long winters sleep. My roses are showing off in full color this year with bigger blooms than last year as well as the lilies! And I can't forget the clematis!! Here is just a quick look into our garden!

During some of my hardest seasons healing from abuse, photography reminded me that broken things are not worthless things. Sometimes they simply need gentler light.
Maybe that is why I love it so much. It reminds me that beauty often lives quietly beneath the surface, waiting for someone patient enough to notice it.

Alright friends… it’s decision time. 😅

This fall I’ll be entering FIVE pieces of artwork into a contest, and I need your help choosing the strongest ones. These are the bold, rugged, “would look amazing in a man cave” kind of pieces… and narrowing them down is harder than I thought.
