Senior sessions have always been one of my favorite things to photograph. I love celebrating this exciting season of life with so many incredible seniors.
But this one...this one hit differently.
It's my girl's turn.
It feels like it should still be 2009, and I should be holding my tiny baby in my arms. Somehow, I blinked, and here we are. Senior year.
There are so many things i want to say, but I don't know that words can truly capture what is in my heart.
Adalyn, you are my one and only, and watching you grow into the young woman you are today has been one of life's greatest blessings. You are incredibly talented, an amazing golfer, a straight-A student, and one of the hardest workers I know. You love your family, your dog your friends, and most importantly, Jesus. Your quiet spirit is one of my favorite things about you, but those who know you best also know how quick-witted you are and how your one-liners can make everyone laugh.
I couldn't be more proud of the person you've become. It's been an honor to be your mom and now to stand behind the camera and capture this unforgettable season of your life.
Happy senior year, my sweet girl. I can't wait to see all that God has planned for you. I'll be cheering you on every step of the way.
