I have waited WAY TOO LONG to post about this absolute DREAM of a photoshoot!
A few months ago, Tori’s boyfriend Ryan reached out to me with an idea to surprise Tori. He had met Linda Puryear, the curator of a collection called “The Icy Dead People Exhibit”. The exhibit had so many interesting things, including a Victorian mourning gown! He knew that Tori, who is a lover of the macabre and strange, would be ecstatic to see the collection. He coordinated with Linda and I to plan a surprise photoshoot for Tori in which she got to wear the mourning gown and pose with a vintage bottle of embalming fluid. I planned the photoshoot with Tori, giving her the location and general theme of the shoot, but keeping her outfit a mystery until we arrived on location. She was definitely very surprised and excited about getting to wear the gown! It fit her like it was made for her and the photoshoot was such a success! It was a goth girlies dream photoshoot for sure!
