Two years ago I started baking sourdough around the same time I began my own healing journey in therapy. What began as an outlet slowly became something I truly love.

Sourdough teaches patience. It requires adjustments, perseverance, and a willingness to learn through the dense or flaky moments. Over time, with care and a little faith in the process, it rises.

This past December I received my Cottage Kitchen License, and it gave me the courage to take a leap I never imagined taking.

I’m excited to begin teaching small sourdough classes from my home, where I’ll walk you through how to create a simple, beautiful loaf from scratch. No experience needed, just a willingness to learn and get a little flour on your hands.

If you’ve ever wanted to try sourdough but felt intimidated, this class is for you.

And this is only the beginning. 🍞
