Hard to believe I took this shot over 6 years ago. 🌻 At the time, I was struggling with the light—her face was shadowed because the sun was behind her, and though the background looked perfect, I didn’t have a fill light (and honestly, even if I did, I wouldn’t have known how to use it yet).
Fast forward to now: countless mistakes, late nights, and hours of YouTube tutorials later—I’ve learned how to handle tough lighting situations, and my Photoshop skills have come a long way too.
Big thanks to for being so patient that day. It was such a fun drive just north of Atlanta and a perfect walk through a field of sunflowers.
