I wanted to come here and address the pricing situation and people inquiring about my sessions then either ghosting or telling me they canβt simply afford my pricing.
In the world we live in today, I have lowered my pricing CONSIDERABLY within the past 2-3 years. Iβm charging my lowest since 2018. It hurts but if I donβt, I donβt make profit. This is my jobβ¦my not hobby. I help my family financially.
With that said, if you are inquiring about a session that involves a themed decorated set/santa/or animal session, Iβm renting from a venue. Or paying a Santa to be there + a venue fee. I canβt charge $99 or less. I know photographers are, and great for them. But they are using it as a hobby and or donβt have finances. Also, rememberβ¦charge less = less quality.
Also, donβt ghost a photographer after we tell you a price. If that price doesnβt work for you, simply tell me. 99% of the time I will work with you on a budget. I for sure want you and your family to have some great photos!
