The Conforti Family

I adored meeting the Conforti Family. When I film my families, I ask them to treat me as an aunt coming to visit. While filming, Liam started calling me “RaRa” (his word for his real Aunts). A couple of weeks after I left, Carolyn sent me a sad note. Lucy, their furbaby, had unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge. She asked if I could include extra footage of their sweet pup. I was not only happy to oblige, but I also dedicated the film to Lucy at the end. Life is unexpected and I love how this film celebrates the Conforti Family as a family of 5.

I had the pleasure of filming Roman again to celebrate his first birthday. Roman’s mother, Jess, is very dear to me and I love how this film turned out. The whistling in the music reminds me of how Jess was always whistling as we were growing up (and she still does today). The film centers around Roman’s favorite things and measurements of this season: his favorite toy cars, where his toes hit his daddy's stomach, his pure delight in watching bubbles, dancing with his Gramma Denise, the necklace he gave his Gramma Floy that she wears whenever he is near, playing peek a boo, and his infections laugh. Jess is also a talented chef and baker, so having Jess, Joe, and Roman in the kitchen together was another purposeful detail.
It was such an honor to be a part of the ongoing celebrations and witness the love of the Warras Family. Happy Birthday, Roman!

I was so delighted to document Wally turning one. The pandemic changed his parent's plans of having a big birthday party, but I think it was the perfect first birthday. Lots of love surrounded Wally - his family (from across the country on zoom and safely distanced on the back patio), favorite toys, books, balloons, presents, and a special cake made with lots of love by his Momma, ! Wally, you are a special little one, and I am excited to watch you grow.

It’s Holiday Card season! I always love seeing everyone’s cards and the challenges of this year makes them even more special. I had the pleasure of making the Bickford Family’s moving Christmas Card. Behind The Scenes- Filming

These last two weeks, I have had the absolute pleasure of filming at Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool. Since parents are not allowed inside this year, I have taken my camera and documented the sweet children, their teachers, and staff, creating the magic that makes this school unique. My films will offer prospective parents a chance to witness the beauty of the Peachtree Preschool campus. I can’t wait to edit and share it with you all!

My two children attend this school. And it was such a blessing to be able to spend extra time with them and their classes. I loved that one of Maggie Anne’s teachers captured me in the Outdoor Classroom with Maggie Anne!
