Just got back from the most special trip to Playa del Carmen with my five sisters. ❤️

Before our parents passed away, we promised them that we would continue to travel together, make time for each other, and keep our family bond strong. I’m so grateful that we’ve kept that promise.

There is just something about being with my sisters that is good for my soul. So much laughter, so many conversations, a few cocktails, and memories that I know we’ll talk about for years to come. ❤️

And because I’m a photographer, of course I had to arrange a photo shoot for all of us! I absolutely LOVE how these photos turned out. They are now some of my favorite pictures of the six of us together.

If you’re ever in the Playa del Carmen/Riviera Maya area and need a photographer, Silvi at Mayan Riviera wedding Photographer is your girl! She was wonderful, and I’m so happy we have these memories captured.

Feeling very lucky to have these five women to travel through life with.

Maternity photographer in Sandy Springs, GA.

She almost didn’t book.

She told me she’s never liked how she looks in photos. That she felt uncomfortable in front of a camera. That she wasn’t sure this was a good idea.

Then she saw her images.

That’s the part I don’t take for granted. A lot of women coming in here feel exactly the same way. And somewhere between showing up and seeing the final photos, something shifts.

You don’t have to love being photographed to love your photos. You just have to show up.
