Just returned from South Africa, where my professional filmmaking journey began over 12 years ago, filming public health documentaries with my brother, an epidemiologist. It was my first trip back since those early days behind the camera, and it reminded me how places can evolve while still feeling familiar. Grateful to revisit a place that played such an important role in my career and for the memories, both old and new 🇿🇦💛
