There is something magical about the city at sunrise. There’s a quiet and a calm that comes with the morning that is so briefly present before the streets start teeming with its signature charged energy. In a city of nearly 9 million people, these photos feel like Courtney & Mark are the only two.

✨Senior Session Alert✨ I had a great time photographing Savannah’s senior portraits yesterday! I am a total sucker for Senior sessions because it was during my own Senior photo session in 2010 (that hurt to write 😫) that I became interested in photography! This is such an exciting time for these burgeoning members of society. They’re preparing to go out into the world, learn a lot about themselves and come into their own. Congratulations, Savannah and the class of 2021!

✨Seth had this entire wedding planned and booked before he even proposed. YEP - you read that right. He approached me in late October of 2019 to set up a meeting so we could talk about me potentially shooting their wedding. I met with him and his then girlfriend, Alexis, so that she could meet me and see if she wanted me to be part of the day. Obviously, she knew a ring was coming, but other than that, she didn’t know a thing. Not about the venue, not even the date! Seth knew that Alexis was just excited to be married and probably wouldn’t love the process of planning a wedding, so to take off some of the stress, he went ahead and did it for them. He proposed in March of 2020 and yesterday, they became Mr & Mrs Gabriel in an impeccable, precisely planned and stress free day.✨
