Letā€™s keep it real for a minute.

I do this work for my clients on a regular, helping them build their content libraries, find a rhythm, and take the ā€œwhat do I postā€ stress off their plate.

And while I donā€™t believe we have to post every day, I do believe visibility is essential. The people who need your services and products need to find you. And in order to find you, ya gotta show up.

But whatā€™s being offered to help generally isnā€™t backed with the support needed to actually push through the things stopping us from moving. Instead thereā€™s solutions dressed up in pressure. Post more, show more, do more. Pressure makes diamonds, sure. But pressure on top of overextended capacity doesnā€™t lead to consistency. It leads to overthinking and radio silence.
