Here's a few tips to overcome camera anxiety.

Tip #1 - Work with me 🥰 or a photographer that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Tip #2 - Taken a deep breath. Practice deep breathing. This helps you to feel more relaxed and comfortable.

Tip #3 - Chose a setting or a location that makes you feel comfortable and offers positive reinforcement.

Tip #4 - Play some of your favorite music 🎶. This instantly puts you at ease.
