As I mature, I’ve come to appreciate the soft music within an exhibition and the quiet chatter of those who show up to truly take in the art.

It’s cool to create a “vibe,” but there is something deeply meaningful about watching people slow down, spend time with the work, and allow each piece to speak to them. These works were not designed to be experienced in passing. They are meant to be sat with, contemplated, and revisited—offering space for reflection, connection, and perhaps even a moment of peace.

For me, that quiet attention is part of the art itself.

Thank you to all who came through Chastain Arts Center over the last two months to visit my exhibition ‘The weight & the witness’, as well as those who couldn’t attend and commented on my many posts with excitement.

You are truly appreciated
