My name is Claire Diana, and I am a full-time wedding and engagement photographer based out of Athens, Georgia. I have a heart for serving others, and God gifted me with photography to do just that. I didn't grow up wanting to be a photographer or even have a camera until halfway through college; Photography was a path that God led me down and a door that He opened for me when I least expected it. Now I am blessed to meet, work with, and serve so many new and incredible people through my job.

I'll say it again and again -- Summer grad sessions at UGA are the BEST.
I LOVE when seniors opt to take their grad photos after graduation. Just days prior to this, the line at the UGA Arch was 4+ hours long. But as soon as it's summertime, campus clears out and we have it all to ourselves! Which allows us to take our time and get creative, and it always produces some of my favorite images ever (that clients then request during "peak season" and cannot get due to the crowds and limited angles).
I loved my time with Anna celebrating this tremendous accomplishment. Congrats, Anna!
And if you're reading this -- tell a friend: Take your photos in the Fall semester or in the SUMMER, but avoid the chaos of Spring's grad season if at all possible!

I wouldn't be surprised if you looked at these photos and assumed this goddess is a model. She is STUNNING and radiates in front of the camera. But believe it or not, she's never modeled before. She's a mom and wife and entrepreneur, and she chose to say "yes" to herself when a friend recommended my photography.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you extraordinary moms: soon to be, hoping to be, currently are, or anything in between. No matter where you are in your journey or relationship to motherhood, you deserve to celebrate a body, heart, mind, and soul that has carried you (and perhaps others) through this world.

As a bo***ir photographer, many of my clients have a relationship with motherhood. I hear stories from moms in all different phases who are trying to figure out the “right time” to take their photos.

Some proclaim their excitement to step into the newest phase of motherhood, celebrating their impending family expansion with maternity photos – hello, baby!

Some moms are on a journey to love & reconnect with their body after birth and the years of supporting a kiddo, or several.

Some are reclaiming their identity from “mom” to “me” by pouring back into their own cup. I mean, how often do you do something solely for yourself?

But you know what’s one consistent sentiment I hear over and over from my clients who have booked a session in their motherhood journey? -- They wish they had done it sooner.

If you’re worried about waiting for the “right time” to book your session, I have great news – it’s always the right time. Come and be loved, not for what you have to offer others, but because you deserve it. You deserve to feel amazing, right now, as you are.

I can't describe how much joy it brought me to capture Layla's senior photos not once but TWICE. We did a session in the fall, and then another this spring once she had her cap & gown and knew where she’d be attending college. Spoiler alert: she's going to UGA! And she got into the university's dance program, which is highly competitive and a tremendous accomplishment... and also puts her one step closer to her dream of one day running her own ballet company.
I loved our time together taking these grad photos at East Jackson High School.

Olivia & Corey are such a dear couple to me. I cannot believe it's been ELEVEN years since I've photographed their wedding. They no longer live in Georgia, but they came back for a baby shower and asked me to capture some maternity photos during their time here. We were blessed with a perfectly stunning evening at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia at UGA, and I am so grateful to have captured yet another one of life's biggest milestones for them. Congrats, Olivia & Corey! I am so happy for y'all! . . . .

Kice's parents & grandpa all attended UGA, and they all joined for his senior session on campus. His grandpa even walked his mom across the football field when she was on Homecoming Court back in the day, so it was incredibly special that we got access to take photos inside Sanford Stadium. Kice is graduating this May from the Terry College of Business. Congrats, Kice!!
