It’s been a minute. So let me re-introduce myself. I’m a multifaceted professional currently excelling as both a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and a Mortgage Loan Originator. Also, a speaker, celebrated model, actress, (People Store | Atlanta Talent Agency) photographer, and lifestyle influencer with notable credits in both magazines and on television.

Earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, obtaining a Master's degree in Social Work and having been trained to be a Trauma Informed Therapist, I specialize in anxiety and depression for women between the ages of 30 and 60 years old.

My passion for mental health and self empowerment led me to establish a non-profit organization, **I Empower Me, Too, Inc.** This organization is dedicated to teaching individuals the importance of self-care, mental health, and the power of manifesting life aspirations. It also supports the homeless community and assists those transitioning from homelessness to happiness.

In addition, I created “Girl in the Glass”, a women’s empowerment group focused on helping women discover their true selves, find their voices and thereby empowering them to say, “I can do this.”

Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoys traveling, creating content for social media, reading, and spending quality time with my family. I'm a devoted mother to two beautiful daughters, Reese and Remi. ♥️♥️

My personal goal is to help others help themselves by teaching them how to create healthy boundaries, protect their peace, and become more empowered through home ownership. My diverse career and commitment to helping others creates space for me to be a dynamic and influential figure in both my personal and professional communities.

Meet Dr Joy Hardman, ,
A woman with a gift that not many can claim of capturing the attention of the masses with her podcast.

Therapy for Black Girls ®️] has served as one of the most informative places to find Therapists of color and I’ve personally received most of my clients from there for my own Therapy case loads. Y’all didn’t know I was a Licenced Mental Health Therapist too did you? Lol.

I was so honored to photograph this amazing Queen👑 She’s also been slated to complete her first book “Sisterhood Heals” in the Summer of 2023.
