i thought i’d share this because i know there are a lot of us who are in our 30s, or about to enter our 30s, and i wanted to normalize some of the things happening in my own life that i feel like i’ve “failed” at and would honestly love to improve on.
just a reminder: feeling like you’re failing and actually failing are two very different things. i’m not where i want to be, but i am moving. i’m giving myself grace and permission to pivot, to rebuild, and to figure out what a life that actually feels like mine even looks like. and that messy in between, where nothing’s really finished yet, isn’t a failure, but it’s not.
if you’re in your 30s and carrying your own version of this list, this is your reminder that you’re not behind. i genuinely can’t wait to see how good life gets, for both of us.
save this for the day your list feels heavier than usual, and tell me the one thing you feel like you’re “failing” at that you’re actually just in the middle of.
