We had the sweetest session welcoming the Williams family’s littlest sister. I’ve photographed Sophia at her preschool since she was tiny, and seeing her step into her role as a big sister was such a joy. The whole session was filled with so much love, slow moments, and sweet cuddles. I’m so grateful to witness families soaking in these fleeting seasons together - thank you 🤍

Over a year late posting, but couldn’t not share 🤍 The Matherly family welcomed their sweet son last winter and filled their home with joy.

Kristen and I met shortly after we relocated to Tallahassee from the Atlanta area, and instantly hit it off. We had mutual friends, husbands in the music industry, were both small business owners (), and firstborns (who were just babies themselves!) the same age.

So it was extra sweet to walk into their home on this chilly day and meet Miles, and see Felicity as a big sister. We sang some Frozen as they snuggled Miles and marveled at this little life 🩵

Another one of boys being absolute perfection for their one year milestone session AND in a family heirloom outfit 🤍 Brittany knows the way to my heart! This was such a treat to get to see this little buddy for the first time since his newborn photos, and brought back sweet memories of his big brother’s one year milestone photos. We love the Simmons boys!

The warmth and love of the Little family was felt from the start of their session. Instead of rushing for perfection, they were present and intentional in even the small moments. I will never forget watching Blayne’s joy at seeing the world through her son’s eyes. You can see it too, as he marveled at the citrus fruit hanging from the trees. We followed their curious boy through the grounds. He wasn’t too interested in stopping to pose for a picture, and I’m thankful for the creative challenge a busy toddler brings. It forces me to slow down too, to be present and intentional from behind the lens. We stopped at every citrus tree we could find. Each one was met with wonder from little Arlo and sweet encouragement from his parents, and though he may not remember these exact moments, I know he will remember feeling deeply loved.

Hi! It’s been a while. Social media has never been my strength. I’ve struggled to find the balance between being engaged without being consumed. It’s become easier to neglect this space entirely, but now I feel a pull to share, and share the right way.

I’m beyond blessed to photograph so many beautiful families each year, and you all mean so much to me. The brides & grooms who trust me to capture their wedding day hold a special place in my heart. I’m deeply passionate about this work, and I realized my social media does not accurately reflect my heart.

So here’s to a new year where hopefully I convey the heart behind the photos instead of just checking off the “make a post” box.

Thank you for following this account. I’m so grateful for all of you who allow me to get to do this.

Starting to prep for some very special studio sessions - including two sets of brothers back to back 🤍 I knew my feed was going to need these shots of beautiful (and sweet!) Tilly girl in her purple dress! You could instantly tell she loved this little dress and I’m so glad we captured these moments in them.
