My name is Kelsie Victoria Lackey and I am an internationally published conceptual portrait photographer in Atlanta, GA. I am a master cosmetologist, former dancer, published poet, musician, and artist as well. Photography, over time, has become my utmost passion, however, this has allowed me to create a fusion of all of these artistic fields, a "Wonderland" of sorts that I find myself in daily. A
plethora of knowledge and ideas that I can pull from at any given time and just create...Art, of all forms, has become in entireity, the oxygen which fills my lungs. It was my outlet throughout the years. It has always been the avenue that I have reached out to in order to vent, to breathe, to live and my absolute goal is to share that with my followers through my work. If I can save at least one life, then that is success in my eyes. I believe art heals...it saved my life quite a few times, so I can only hope but to do the same...Thank you so much for supporting my love for the artistic fields. My hope is to continue to create unique one-of-a-kind pieces that tell a story and elicit emotion from the viewer. In order to do this accurately, I like to incorporate an entire team for makeup, hair, wardrobe, assistants, etc. and would like to broaden my options for locations, set construction, and the like. My dreams are for my art to allow me to travel the world as I pursue my Art Therapy degree so I can continue to share the healing power of art even when I am no longer on this earth. Our lives are but a small imprint, and this is mine.
