I think it's safe to say this year is off to a really weird, uncomfortable, disappointing, depressing, overall womp womp start. I recently scrolled through last fall's family portraits and it actually cheered me up a bit! Maybe all these beautiful, smiling faces will do the same for you. As soon as I heard that my friend Maria crafts paper flowers I thought "I would love to not only photograph the final products but also the process itself!" She graciously agreed and let me invade her workspace for a bit just the other day. Sally the Cat made an adorable appearance because, well, cats need to be involved in EVERYTHING. 'Tis the season to be getting family portraits done! I know, I know, it's practically December which means most of you have already knocked this out. Last Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing John and Ghazal's wedding. We had perfect weather in a perfect setting with perfect attitudes all around! Talk about laid back. This couple was pretty awesome (as were their attendants). Here is a special shoutout to them.
