It’s Labor Day weekend, and I’m signing off. Headed south and deleted email off my phone and ::gasp:: left my laptop at home! Caroline (our beloved studio manager) will be available via the studio phone and check emails intermittently, but she’ll be chilling this weekend too. Enjoy your holiday weekend!!! ❤️ See you Tuesday when we return to regularly scheduled programming.

TONIGHT is the start of the free childbirth class series that I am teaching LIVE on YouTube. It's one hour of great info that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
✔️Each class will cover one topic on "How Birth Works" and during each class we will build your tool box for labor by covering a new coping skill.
✔️For class one we are focusing on The Cervix and we will be learning about the coping strategy that I call Limp and Loose in Labor.

An update since we've gotten a lot of emails asking over this past week: We will NOT be hosting 2020's Santa Experience.

We care too much about our clients, Santa, and our team to take this completely unnecessary risk. A COVID-19 infection would be the worst Christmas "gift" ever. Please stay safe and healthy, and we hope to bring back the event in 2021 depending on the state of things at that time.
