Happy Saturday, friends! If youāre new here, I thought I would take a minute to introduce myself. Iām Morgan Schmidt, owner and photographer for Morgan Haines Photography, formerly known as MHC Photography. Iām newly married to the sweetest man that God set aside for me! Although I have been in business for over five years, this was the perfect time to change my name and give this company of mine a refresh. You can learn more about me, my work, and bookings through my new site, morganhainesphotography.com. Haines is my middle nameāhence the reason for Morgan Haines Photography. Haines was a name I was teased for throughout my childhood, but one that I embrace more and more as I get older. I enjoy capturing lifeās moments with children, families, and newborns. There is nothing more humbling than walking into a clientās home and seeing my work on their walls! In my free time, you can find me hanging with my husband and pup Baxter (pictured here), with a glass of wine or a strong cup of coffee. I am surrounded by a family of creative individuals- florists, interior designers, painters, and a writer, and I canāt remember a time that I didnāt have a camera in my hand or was creating something through another medium such as painting. I grew up in Peachtree City, and Atlanta has been my home since graduating from UGA (GO DAWGS!). As a natural light photographer, I enjoy taking my clients to various locations around the city, or in the comfort of their own home for newborn and more personal sessions.
