Sunset at String Lake in Grand Teton National Park. Unfortunately it was a little too breezy for a mirror reflection in the lake, so I threw on a neutral density filter to get a longer exposure and smooth out the water a little.

Sunset in Jackson Hole

I purchased a drone earlier this year, and wanted to try it out in Wyoming. But since you aren't allowed to fly drones in National Parks, I had to find a spot outside of the National Park boundary. This seemed like a good place to try it out.

It was looking like it might be a good sunset on this particular evening, so I made a quick stop at the barn to grab a shot before heading to Schwabacher Landing for sunset. That quick stop took 15+ minutes as I waited for an instagrammer to have her picture taken 1,000 times in different poses while right in front of the barn. You always know it's going to take a while if they show up wearing a dress, cowboy boots, and a cowboy hat. Anyways, she finally reviewed all of her shots and moved on so I was able to snap a pic and head down to Scwhabacher - which turned out to be a great spot for sunset that evening.
