After six beautiful years, I’ve made the incredibly bittersweet decision to close my photography business. 🤍
What started as a way to heal after losing my daughter, Isla, has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. But lately, my heart has been telling me it’s time to slow down, focus on my family, and return to creating simply for the love of it.
Photography has always held a special place in my heart. I started this journey after losing my daughter, Isla, when I was 29 weeks pregnant. Picking up a camera became a way for me to hold on tighter to the moments I still had — to document the laughter, love, and life of my living children in a world that felt so fragile. What began as a healing outlet slowly grew into a business, one that I poured my whole heart into for the past six years.
But somewhere along the way, the business side of things began to dim that original spark. I found myself missing the feeling of creating for the sake of joy — of capturing the tiny, everyday moments just because they moved me. In this season of life, my heart is being pulled back home — toward my family, toward slowing down, and toward rediscovering why I first fell in love with photography in the first place.
To every client, friend, and follower who has supported me along the way — thank you. Your trust, your kindness, and the memories we created together have meant more to me than words can express. You’ve given me six years of connection, growth, and creativity that I will always cherish.
This isn’t a forever goodbye, but a “see you later.” I’ll still be sharing photos here — personal ones, passion projects, and the moments that speak to my heart. And please know that if you already have a session booked, nothing will change.
Thank you for being part of this chapter of my story. Here’s to new seasons, slower days, and finding the magic in creating just for the love of it. ❤️
