Jacqueline Nyetipei Kiplimo did something that stunned the world during the 2010 Zheng-Kai Marathon when she witnessed a disabled competitor struggling to drink water who was a double amputee.
Instead of seeing her moment to run ahead of this struggling athelete, she ran along side of him from the 6.2 mile mark to the 23 mile mark (10km mark to the 38km mark), helping him drink water at all of the watering stations. The aide that she so compassionately provided her fellow competitor slowed her run time down and caused her to lose her first place position and place 2nd in the race — costing her the win and the $10,000 cash prize.
Jacqueline Nyetipei Kiplimo showed the world that day that to her, being compassionate and helping one another was more important than winning a race that she had been preparing for her entire life.
Now this is what a true leader looks like, one that never leaves someone disadvantaged behind❤️

So we have found out shotgun needs a pretty big surgery, ill be taking her in on the 15th to elders equine, so I may need to be flexible for that week and weeks following, as she is staying in clinic for 5-7 days.
She has a perinasal cyst that needs to be removed.
She needs to be in clinic for 5-7 days. It is a expensive surgery, looking at $4500-7000 which ill make it happen, but going to be hard.
I rely on word of mouth and referrals, I can only do so much grooming in a day (especially before my mom comes out to work with me)
I am taking bookings for boarding and daycare!
We will be making cat trees to sell, as well as a few other small things made here on the farm incorporating the animals we have if anyone is interested? (I'm thinking of making drink coasters, or wall art using feathers we find and or foot prints :)

I'm not looking for handouts of course, just for my wonderful clients to share my business I've worked very hard on! Especially for boarding and day care as I can take a few more day to day bookings or week bookings, also if anyone was interested in having something made, I'd be happy to make something that you could purchase.
