📸✨ Sneak Peek: Meghan | Senior | Class of ’27 ✨📸

It’s been a SEASON of meaningful locations for my Seniors!!! And Meghan’s session was no exception. 💛

Meghan’s session was in Harpswell! When your family’s summer home is right on the stunning beachfront of the ocean, it’s pretty obvious WHY she picked this spot! 🌊

And being so close to so many wonderful options—we’re talking groomed trails, miles of wild-field options AND a beach walk along a cove…what more could you ask for?!

I LOVED photographing along this coastline and spending the evening with Meghan, her Mom and siblings. There were plenty of laughs along the way, too!💛

As beautiful as the scenery was to work with, and with the low tide making things pretty fabulous, there was just one little thing we had to contend with…the WIND! And it was in FULL FORCE on this particular evening!🌬️😂 But we worked through it, and Meghan was an absolute CHAMP as she swiped her hair out of her face for what seemed like the hundredth time!

It didn't stop us from getting AMAZING photos!

We also captured the importance of Meghan’s journey with Girl Scouts throughout her life. We showcased her many stages and achievements over the years with her vests decorated with badges and pins. WOW, look at all those!!! 👏

And then Meghan casually said, “This isn’t even all of them!”

YOU GO, GIRL!💚

Going through the photos afterward, I couldn’t help but want to showcase some of the sweet, genuine moments with her sweet Mom, Amy & smiles from Meghan’s session.

Meghan, I hope you love your sneak peek! Thank you for being such a joy to photograph and for letting me capture these special pieces of who you are and what makes this time in your life so meaningful.☺

🏕️This is NOT “just a camp”…and WOW, what a place to have your Senior Photos taken! 📸

Thaddeus | Maranacook High School | Class of ’27

Thaddeus wanted his Senior Photos done at a very special place—his family’s summer estate on the lake. And when I say this isn’t “just a camp,” I mean it!

Arriving at the location down a long dirt road, I quickly realized we weren’t talking about one little summer cabin. We’re talking about not one, but SEVERAL cabins. Think of owning your own small-scaled “summer camp”!😲

When his Dad, Thad, was showing me around and referring to the “Kitchen Cabin,” “Well House” and “Boathouse,” I knew this place was something special. And then there’s a cabin with a fireplace and library that simply transports you back in time. With the original cabin built back in the 1920s, you can probably imagine just how cool their summer home is!

So Thaddeus and I made our way around this amazing property where his family spends their summers each year, and I leaned into taking full advantage of each unique spot and lighting scenario. We got creative with the wooded lakeside lot, explored all kinds of little nooks and crannies, and then, of course, ended the evening on their VERY fabulous lakeside beach!

From lots of stone stairs making their way down to the water to even a little cave-like nook, this place is full of character—and we weaved as much of it as we could into Thaddeus’ Senior Session.

We even captured some photos of Thaddeus with his parents and their fur babies, Bud & Clyde.🐾💙

Heather, thank you for choosing me to capture your son and your family at such a special place! I absolutely loved getting to experience a little piece of your family’s summer life and document this special time for Thaddeus. ✨

🌊✨ Happy Friday! Check out this sneak peek! ✨📸

When I was working on Adeline’s gallery, I went from photos that had me thinking, “Oh, look how much fun she’s having out there!” in such an innocent, fun-loving way…to coming across shots that literally stopped me in my tracks…

“Ohhh…look at this GORGEOUS young woman!”😍

Adeline | Stockton Springs | Class of ’27 🎓

Locations mattered to Adeline—and for good reason! Her two chosen spots were VERY different, yet both incredibly beautiful scenes that could have been cut straight from a movie.🎬

First up was a REMOTE location, accessed by a hike with an incline included to keep things interesting, lol! But when we arrived…I knew exactly why she chose it. It was SERENE and MAGICAL, with Adeline swaying and dancing on the rocks that crossed the river. 🌿💦

This is the kind of place you could stay all day. And her family DOES indeed—swimming and picnic-ing on the very spots where we were photographing her senior photos. What a magical experience to have a place like this woven into your childhood and then get to make it part of your senior photos, too.💚

And then we were onto another special place on the ocean where Adeline’s family has spent time annually all of her life…and it was simply PERFECT! 🌊☀️

Beautiful skies, comfortable temps, a pier, the beach and SO much more—you just couldn’t ask for more! Bayside was the perfect spot to capture Adeline’s sweet, kind and FUN personality.

But the ending wasn’t just any ending…

At Adeline’s request, I captured her JUMPING OFF THE END OF THE PIER! 🙌

And I learned that this was how she had always dreamed her Senior Session would end.

Well…it’s a HECK YES for me! 😂 But I’m sure you already knew that!

And seeing Adeline wrapped in a towel and a smile wrapped from ear to ear, as her Mom said, “This was Adeline’s dream session”...well, that couldn’t have made my heart any happier.🎉

What a session. What a night. What a special experience!

Adeline, thank you for being your most beautiful, authentic self out in front of my lens. I loved every minute of creating this session with you!

And Kris, THANK YOU for orchestrating the perfect plan and making all of this possible! And a very special thank you to Adeline’s brother, Ellis, who escorted us on the hike, carried my bag because of my recovering rotator cuff, AND even had a rope tied and ready to make that decline/incline part of the hike a whole lot more stable! 😂🙌 You were ALL incredible!

And speaking of family…

This is the THIRD Braga child whose Senior Session I’ve had the absolute honor of photographing! 💙 You may remember Ellis from the lobster boat excursion a few years back. And yes…people STILL refer to that amazing session! 🦞📸

And then there’s Haley…

You may notice a little “hair clip” that made its way into Adeline’s session. You see, when your sister gets you a gift and says, “You HAVE to wear this in your senior photos” because of one of your childhood infatuations…

YOU DO IT! 😂

All I have to say is…

HOT DOG, HALEY! 🌭🤣

We got the photo!

Adeline, I hope you love your sneak peek!

🌊✨ Sneak Peek: Breanne Murphy | Cony High School | Class of 2027 ✨📸

After life gave us reasons to reschedule TWICE… the third time was the charm! 🙌

Breanne wanted her senior session on the beach—specifically, a beach she’s been going back to repeatedly over the years. And Pemaquid Beach was that special place.🌊💙

Now, when it came to this session date… we spent the day unsure if we’d once again need to reschedule because of the rain. It was off and on, intermittent, and honestly, all the forecasts were calling for the rain to end and an evening that would work great for photos.

I used my wipers off and on as I drove there, with the rain finally stopping before I arrived. Being early, I walked the area and everything seemed good to go!

Then Breanne and her friend arrived and as we were standing outside our cars meeting, INSTANTLY a heavy mist started coming down.😬 Yep… back to our vehicles to wait it out.

With the radar showing no rain in sight, it was anyone’s guess as to IF this weather was going to cooperate. But it finally slowed down, and when I asked Breanne if she wanted to reschedule for a more promising evening or go for it and work through the spurts of mist to see what the rest of the evening had in store… it wasn’t even a question.

She wanted to GO FOR IT.

Rain or not. 🌧️🌊

So that’s exactly what we did!

Some photos were shot in a light mist, with the sun fighting its way through the cloudy skies. And then, about halfway through, the rain was gone… and even the SUN started pushing its way through. And Breanne was absolutely GLOWING.✨

She started the session “not really loving having her photo taken” to ending the night laughing, smiling, and with a confidence that was shining through. THAT transformation is one of my favorite parts of what I do.💛

And her best friend, Ocean, who accompanied her, was a COMPLETE JOY to have along! She was assisting every chance she could with a smile on her face and using her skills to get Breanne to smile as she performed a little bit behind me, lol!😂

So of course, we HAD to capture a series of Best Friend photos too! 🥰

Breanne, THANK YOU for being AMAZING out there and trusting me enough to let your guard down! You KILLED it out there, Girl!🙌

And thank you to your Mom for choosing me to capture this special time in your life. I’m so glad that after all the rescheduling, we finally got our evening at Pemaquid Beach—and WOW, was it worth the wait! 💙

I hope you love your sneak peek as much as I loved creating it!

📸✨ Sneak Peek: Josh’s Senior Session #2 | Cony High School Class of '27✨📸

In the midst of this BUSY senior season, sneak peeks are making their way out regularly— in the order they were photographed… and right now, there’s no end in sight!😳 Daily inquiries for senior sessions are still coming in, so if you haven’t scheduled yours yet… don’t wait! You know the drill—RUN, don’t walk!😉

Earlier this summer, I shared a peek into Josh’s 1st Senior Session, and as promised…here’s a look into Session #2!

This time, we spent the evening at Josh’s family’s beautiful summer home on the lake—and this session wasn’t only about Josh. Melanie and I had planned to update their family photos while we were there too! Having already photographed the Lajoie family once before, they came ready with the same great attitudes, easy-going energy and plenty of laughs along the way. 💙😂

But the highlight for Josh? Getting his boat out on the water! 🚤🌊

When Josh isn’t busy playing sports, you can often find him at the lake, fishing and spending time out on his boat. So, of course, we had to document it!

Melanie drove me around in their family boat while Josh took his out for some time on the water—and let me tell you, this made for one EPIC way to end his senior session! The light, the lake, the boat, Josh doing what he loves…PERFECT. ✨

Between his sports, trucks, football & baseball fields, the lake and now his boat, what a joy it’s been capturing Josh this summer surrounded by so many of his favorite things.

And once again, working with Josh and the Lajoie family was an absolute blast!

Thank you, Greg, Melanie, Luke & Josh—you’re all the best! 💙 I’m so grateful you continue to trust me to document these special moments for your family!

📸 Class of 2027: If senior photos are still on your list, now is the time to reach out. My calendar is filling, and those last-minute spots won’t be around forever.

🌊✨ When you love Maine…why not have your Senior Photos here?! ✨📸

New Hampton School Senior, Abby, Class of 2027, lives in Massachusetts— but while visiting her Grandparents’ home in Boothbay Harbor, Maine...we made it happen here on the coast she knows and loves! And I’m SO glad we did. 💙

We headed to one of my favorite little spots in the harbor, where Mother Nature dropped us ONE MAGICAL scene after an afternoon shower. The evening turned gorgeous, and Abby showed up ready to go with the perfect outfits, her sweet pup Tobey (who was happy to have his moment in the spotlight! 🐾), and her wonderful parents, Lindsey & Michael.

Abby had spent the week living that summer life on the ocean, and she came with that beautiful sun-kissed glow that seemed to fit this evening perfectly. ☀️🌊

We wandered, we photographed, we laughed, and captured all kinds of beautiful moments with Abby—and then, just when we were getting ready to grab a few photos of Abby with her family, the ocean decided to put on its own little show.

An ocean mist rolled in behind them, creating this soft, dreamy scene that honestly looked like I had painted the sky myself. It was simply mystical. 🙌

Abby, you were GLOWING out there! Thank you for being so amazing to work with and for trusting me to capture this special piece of your senior year.! I had so much fun out there with you!

And Lindsey & Michael, thank you for choosing me to document this very special time in Abby’s life. I’m SO happy we were able to coordinate our schedules and make this session happen while you were here! It was ABSOLUTELY worth it!💙⚓️

Here’s just a little peek into the magic we created together! 📸✨

✨ Sneak Peek: Taylor’s Senior Session ✨

Oxford Hills High School | Class of 2027

Bright. Colorful. FUN. And a whole lot of meaning woven into one very special senior session. 💛🎨

I love how my work reaches so many like-minded parents who are looking for something a little more personal than just “senior pictures.” When Laura reached out about a senior session for her daughter, Taylor, she shared pieces of their special bond along with some ideas of how she was envisioning capturing Taylor’s fun-loving spirit.

And when I learned that Laura is an art teacher herself? Well, I had my listening ears ON! 🎨 I immediately jumped into helping bring her ideas to life and finding ways to make this session feel like Taylor.

Our first stop was bright, colorful and FUN—with the added importance of a “playground” that holds a special meaning for this Mom and daughter. From there, we headed to one of my own little special gems, where Taylor got to experience those beautiful golden sun rays shining down on her as we captured her love of chorus. 🎶✨

And then we finished up by the pond, let's just say... it was whimsical and just magical.

Taylor, YOU were glowing out there! Your fun-loving spirit came through in so many different ways, and I absolutely loved getting to capture all these little pieces of what makes you YOU.

This is just a glimpse into all the fun we had creating this gallery, but I couldn’t wait to share a few!

Taylor, I hope you love your sneak peek! 💛

And Laura, thank you for choosing me to document Taylor’s beauty, personality and this special time in her life. It was such a joy working with you both!📸

📸✨ Sneak Peek: Josh’s Session #1 ✨📸

Cony High School | Class of 2027

ONE Senior Session. FOUR completely different vibes. And this was only SESSION #1! 🤯📸

Josh is no stranger to being out in front of my lens. A couple of years ago, I had the pleasure of photographing his brother, Luke, for his senior photos—and his Mom, Melanie, opted for the full JFP Senior Experience. Two full senior sessions PLUS updated family photos. And this time around? We did it all over again! 💙

Melanie, your love and appreciation for what I do—and for freezing and documenting these once-in-a-lifetime moments for your family—means more than you know. Thank you for trusting me with Josh’s senior year, too!

And let me tell you…this first session was JAM-PACKED with EPIC!

We started with Josh’s Dad, Greg, coordinating the arrival of the company Boom Truck. Yep, you read that right. 😂 And what started as a prop quickly turned into a playground! Josh had some ideas of his own about where he wanted to pose, and I have to admit…standing in the back of one truck while photographing him ON another was pretty dang cool! 🚛📸

Then we headed to the dugout to capture Josh’s love of baseball. From the wide-open fields and boom truck to the smaller space of the dugout, we completely changed up the vibe—and BOTH were so much fun!

But we were only halfway through!

Next up were the golden-lit fields wit his grandfather’s truck. These were SO much fun to create and gave us another completely different look for Josh’s gallery. 🌾✨

And finally, we wrapped up the evening on Josh’s home football field. Because there’s just something about putting an athlete on their own turf that makes for the perfect way to end a session! 🏈

So, yeah…when I said this session felt like FOUR sessions in one, I wasn't kidding! 😂

And the best part?

THIS WAS ONLY SESSION #1.
WHATTT?! 🤯😂

There’s still more to come from Josh’s Lake Session AND an updated family session. So stay tuned!

Josh, you absolutely killed it out there! Thank you for being willing to jump into every idea I threw at you.

More Josh coming soon…📸✨

Skowhegan High School | Class of 2027

“I don’t smile for pictures.”

Yep… those were Dawson’s words when we started his session. 😂

Let’s just say… that didn’t last long!

Dawson showed up with a great attitude, his fire gear, his absolutely adorable pup Smokey, and an upbeat support crew that included his Dad, Sister, and Nana.

We spent most of the afternoon deliberating over the impending weather, but decided to go for it—and I’m SO glad we did!😁

Dark clouds were rolling right alongside us, but somehow the rain never landed where we were working. Instead, Mother Nature handed us a pretty perfect evening to wander through nature, with not one but TWO ponds, wide-open fields that seem to go for miles, and beautiful spots to work with. 🌿✨

And then there was Smokey. 🐾😍

This pup was more than happy to join in on the fun and definitely didn't mind a little time in the limelight! He proudly showed up for quite a few photos, and honestly, I think he knew he was part of the session. 😂

There were lots of laughs, plenty of fun, and OH YES… LOTS OF SMILES! Dawson went from “I don’t smile for pictures” to what I would officially call a smiling machine. 🙌

This is just a little snippet of all the MAGIC we captured, and if this sneak peek is any indication, Dawson is going to have ONE HECK OF A FINAL GALLERY!

Dawson, thank you for being so much fun out there and for letting me capture this special time in your life. And Linda, thank you for choosing me to photograph Dawson’s senior year! I hope you love this sneak peek as much as I loved creating it! 💙

✨ Sneak Peek: Carson’s Senior Session 🎻🌿

Waterville Senior High School | Class of 2027

Sometimes the most beautiful sessions are the ones where you simply let a senior be herself… and Carson’s session felt exactly like that. 💛

It was one of those beautiful, warm summer evenings where everything seemed to fall into place. Carson chose a natural, serene setting for her senior portraits, and I’d say we nailed it! From the green lawns and wildflowers near the whispering willow to the wide-open fields, we used it all—and Carson was absolutely shining.

Her kind, sweet spirit was on full display from the very beginning, but then she picked up her violin, EEEEK… I got to see another side of Carson emerge. ✨

That confident, beautifully focused side of her came alive as she played, and honestly, listening to her was a pretty amazing bonus for me! I could have stayed there for hours. With the sunlight glowing through the willows and Carson completely in her element, it couldn’t have been more perfect.

There’s just something special about photographing another artistic soul doing their thing. Capturing the things someone loves—whether it’s music, sports, or simply the little pieces that make them who they are—is hands-down one of my favorite parts of what I do.

And we made sure to bring her love of track into the session, too! From violin to track and everything in between, this gallery is filled with so many beautiful pieces of Carson’s personality. 🏃‍♀️🎻

Carson, THANK YOU for being so wonderful to photograph! I had such a fun evening with you and loved capturing these special moments in your senior year.

And Amanda, thank you for choosing me to capture this special time in Carson’s life. I’m truly honored!☺

Hope you enjoy your sneak peek, Carson! 📸
